Privacy policy
1 September 2026
This policy describes how the Amenity Loop website collects and uses information. It reflects the site as implemented today. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by the operator and counsel before being treated as a final legal notice.
Who we are
Amenity Loop operates this website from Greater Montréal, Québec. The operating legal entity is [Owner review: legal entity name]. The civic address is [Owner review: civic / postal address in Québec].
Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. The designated privacy contact is [Owner review: privacy contact name or role].
Information we collect
If you use the inquiry form, we collect your name, company, email address, property or portfolio details, and message. Those fields are required to respond to you. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or other unnecessary personal data on this site.
The form includes a hidden field used only to discourage automated spam. Humans should leave it empty.
The site may also receive standard technical data from your browser and our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages, as part of delivering and securing the website.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to reply to property inquiries and to understand whether Amenity Loop could fit the described building or portfolio. We do not use the form to run advertising profiles.
Technical logs are used to host, secure, and debug the site.
Who receives form submissions
Inquiry messages are intended for Amenity Loop at [email protected]. By default, the form is delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form processor, unless a different endpoint is configured for the deployment.
If FormSubmit has not yet been activated for this address, a submission may not be delivered until that activation is completed. The website will not show a success message unless the processor confirms receipt.
Analytics, cookies and similar technologies
This website does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising or analytics tags.
A small service worker is registered in production only as a progressive-web-app installability signal. It does not cache pages and does not track visitors.
If you dismiss the optional “add to home screen” prompt, that choice is stored in session storage on your device until the tab session ends. It is not sent to Amenity Loop.
Production hosting currently uses Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical connection data as a content delivery and security provider, including its standard email-protection script when an email address is published on a page.
Because the site does not set non-essential tracking cookies, this version does not display a cookie-consent banner. If analytics or advertising tags are added later, this policy and the consent approach must be updated first.
Retention, safeguards and your requests
Inquiry records are kept for [Owner review: how long inquiry records are kept]. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected].
We use HTTPS in production and restrict form fields to what is needed to answer an inquiry. This is a high-level description of safeguards, not a certification or legal guarantee.
Owner and legal review is required before relying on this page. Bracketed placeholders mark facts that are not confirmed in the repository.
